An MLO spends approximately 75% of time interacting with customers answering rate related questions. LOs discuss rates for various loan terms and repeat the same discussion with each borrower. There is a big gap in this process where LOs do not have a tool to provide live rates and analysis which almost each borrower requests. 

We provide LOs with our mobile app, "Finbothub", which increases LO’s efficiency by automating the rate quoting and analysis functions so the loan officer can directly work with leads ready to apply for a mortgage.

Finbothub has been created by a loan officer who has combined the common questions and analysis into the app thereby eliminating repetitive tasks and increasing efficiency.
