Our mobile app, "Finbothub" aims to be the 'weather' app for checking mortgage rates and performing rate and investment property analytics for free without requiring personal data. 

Finbothub stands for mortgage Financing bot and lender pricing hub. Finbothub is an innovative FinTech product that combines a real-time mortgage rate pricing engine and comprehensive analytics with a single focus on answering questions that lead to informed decision making by borrowers.  

For majority of borrowers, the mortgage process is stressful primarily for two reasons: (i) for most home owners, mortgage debt is their largest debt and (ii) today, it is impossible for a borrower to get comprehensive analytics on rates offered by various lenders and the borrowers are left searching for answers that are important to making decisions on what rate and term to select. 

Purchasing an investment home is a financial return based decision.  Two important factors are to be considered: (i) monthly cash flow and (ii) cap rate.  Many investors have the capital but struggle to put together these calculations.
